Send a useful correction report

  1. Use the subject “Content correction — provider / page title”.
  2. Include the Finoro URL and the figure or sentence that needs checking.
  3. Link to the current official page or terms, and record when you checked it.
  4. Identify the product and whether the conditions apply to new or returning customers.
  5. Remove ID numbers, account details and other personal data.

A report is evidence to investigate; it does not itself verify the proposed replacement.

South African support routes

For credit complaints, consult the National Credit Regulator contact page. For personal-information complaints, see the Information Regulator complaint process. Each determines its own remit and procedure.

If repayments are difficult, contact your lender and consider an NCR-registered debt counsellor. Check the official register. Finoro does not provide debt counselling.

Protect your information

Do not send Finoro ID copies, full bank statements, passwords, card details or one-time codes. These are not needed for a publication correction. Verify provider domains before sharing application documents.
